RASPBERRY MANGO SALSA

1 CONTAINER OF RASPBERRIES
1 RIPE MANGO, PEELED AND DICED
3 SCALLIONS, TRIMED AND THINLY SLICED
2 TABLESPOONS ORANGE JUICE
1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
1 TABLESPOON MINT, SLICED THIN
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.


IN A SMALL BOWL BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.


MAKES 1 CUP SALSA.
