SAUSAGE, BACON, EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL SLIDER

12 LARGE EGGS
12 SAUSAGE PATTIES, FULLY COKED
12 SLICES BACON, COOKED AND HALVED
6 SLICES CHEDDAR CHEESE, SLICED DIAGONALLY
12 MINI BAGELS, HALVED AND TOASTED


FRY EGGS UNTIL WHITES ARE SET AND YOLKS ARE NO LONGER RUNNY, BUT NOT HARD.


LAY OUT 12 BOTTOM HALVES AND BUILD EACH WITH SAUSAGE, EGG, 2 HALF SLICES OF  BACON CHEDDAR CHEESE SLICE.


FINISH WITH BAGEL TOPS AND SERVE.


MAKES 12 BAGEL SLIDERS.
